overwhelm, dread, disorganization
You want to create an excellent experience for each client, but there is so much to keep track of, and your brain is turning to mush trying to keep up.
You spend so much time scrolling back through IG and FB messages looking for clients email addresses, and what date they booked their session.
Your backlog of editing has you paralyzed, you don't even know what session should tackle first.
Other photographers are hanging out on Instagram with their stupid coffee on their sparkling clean white desk, super organized, meanwhile you can't even find a pen with ink in it to write down the name on the voicemail you just got from a potential client. ugh!
girl I get it!

Trello is an all in one organization web based tool that helps you keep things organized, and get more done. While I'm not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by or in any way officially connected to Trello, Inc. (www.trello.com), It's a priceless tool I use every day!
Trello's boards, lists, and cards enable you to organize and prioritize you'r photography business and life in an easy, flexible and completely customizable way. Did I mention its also a great way to visually see what needs to get done each day?! Don't worry I'll walk you through everything you need to know!
You started a photography business because you love taking photos, not because you like banging your head on a desk trying to keep track of the tiny bits of information to create a memorable client experience.
I'm a small-town North Dakota Wedding photographer and educator who believes I was made for more.
I've got a lot going on between kids, cows, and watering flowers. I started my business with little kids, and I didn't want to spend hours each week sifting through files and emails to keep my business running. I wanted to spend my time with my kids!
I love my busy life, but I'm not particularly eager to waste time. When I stumbled upon Trello, it instantly changed the way I did business. It gave me my time back; it helped me nurture the clients I already had so they could do my marketing for me!
I don't want to keep this system to myself; I want to help other mamas with full, busy, beautiful lives, grow their business, and save their sanity, and that's why I created Trello for Photography.

Trello is a totally FREE (yes, free!) online task management tool that’s completely changed my business. While I am not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by or in any way officially connected to Trello, Inc. (www.trello.com), I freaking LOVE it, and we know you will too
Frequently Asked Questions
No worries. I get this question a lot. Trello itself is totes free (and can be for life). My program, Trello for Photography, is $29 one time. It teaches you how to use Trello to the fullest of its capabilities. I know a lot of people who’ve had Trello accounts for a while, but are still unsure of how to actually use the platform. So that’s what I'm here for.
Do you fill up post it notes, notebooks and that dreaded iPhone Notes app (blergh!) with “things to remember”, but then somehow you never, um, know where they actually are? Do you have ton of business tasks to accomplish, but constantly feel like you don’t know what to work on next? Then you need this.
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
I get it. I'm paper hoarders too. I buy notepads and notebooks and journals and special secret diaries just to smell the freshly-printed paper. And snap cute pictures of them so we can give off the illusion that jotting things down in a notepad is actually functional.
But you know it’s not. We all know it’s not. If your old school way is working then keep at it sister (or brother). But trust me when I say THIS digital task management system just might convert you to the dark side!
